New Fixtures now online

First team fixtures up to and including Sunday 10th January 2010 have been confirmed by the League.

Following our next two league games against defending league champions Miam Miam and Deloitte, Village will compete in the quarter final of the Handi-Cup on 22nd November.

Only the top 4 teams after the first 7 league fixtures in each divison qualify for this cup so Village will face Manchester Falcons away at Hough End. The nature of this cup competition means Falcons, who top divison one, will start the game with a 2-0 aggregate advantage.

Village will also face South Manchester for the first time and complete the return league fixture against Deloitte on 6th December. The semi final of the handi-cup is due to be played on this date so this fixture may be changed if Village can progress past their quarter final opponents.

We say goodbye to 2009 and welcome in 2010 with two tough games against Saints either side of the 3 week Christmas and New Year break.
