April's Player of the Month

Manager Ant Lockley has announced his stand out player of the month for April.....

April has seen VMFC continue there good form.

Rafa L said, "We have played some solid stuff in April, got back to winning ways and climbed the league once more. Everyone has done well and contributed to this strong finish to the season. I have to chose one tho, and my player of the month is Steve Curtis, who well deserves this fine accolade.

"Steve had over 3 months out with a bad injury, but since his return he has been in really good form. He's trained hard to get fully fit again, and has played very well in matches. Steve's natural game is very important in making our regular 3/5/2 shape work and it's no coincidence that his good form has come at a time when we've looked very good as a unit. Well done mate. Now get your arse to that cafe and do the shifts for the Cologne cash!!!"
