Stuart Risley

Player Profile

Stuart joined VMFC in 2006, and has been a regular with the club ever since. The 27 year old Boltonian also played in the 2007 IGLFA World Cup in Argentina and the Pride Games in Barcelona in 2008. He was also a part of the League winning squad in the 06/07 season.

Stuart lives in Bolton ("God's country") where he is an Account Manager for a Construction Materials company. He spends his free time in the gym, on the golf course or looking after the clubs Gaydar profile....which he happens to be extremely good at! Stuart enjoys the social aspect of the club and his favourite tickle is JD & Coke or a pint of Fosters. His other passion is his beloved Manchester United.

Stuart says he feels at home at VMFC, and that the club has enabled him to make friends while playing the sport he loves; "Coming to VMFC was the best thing I ever did in terms of making new mates whilst playing football. It's a really welcoming club, a diverse bunch of lads that makes it even more entertaining. It's been made even better seeing new players come in and take the club forward, mixed with the experienced players. We now have a team that can play hard and party hard too"
