Schedule for the next fortnight:
On Wednesday 25th, the first team host Saints in a pre-season friendly at the university pitches. Kick-off is at 1845 with a meeting time of 1800.
Training is back on again Thursday 26th (1930, Albert Park) and then it's time for the usual five day bender that is the Manchester Pride Festival. As usual, VMFC will be taking part in the parade on Saturday 28th so make sure you come down to see us!
First team training takes place at Albert Park on Tuesday August 31st at 7pm. This is mandatory for everyone in the first team squad - no excuses!
The annual Leicester 6/side tournament is held on Sunday September 5th. With no first team fixture that weekend, Matt has e-mailed all players so please confirm if you would like to play and stay over on the Saturday night.
A final friendly before the season starts sees the first team take on FC Trafford again on Tuesday September 7th. Kick off is 7pm at Albert Park.
From September, training reverts back to 8pm.
